SOCCER REGISTRATION IS ALMOST HERE!!!

Registration is for all players ages 4 thru 18 years of
age.
Players MUST
be 4 years old on or before July 31st!!!
Regular Fees
(until July 15th)

U/7 - U10 - $85
U/11 - U/19 - $95

Season starts the
first Saturday after Labor Day.

Please check to
see that your registration form is filled out completely and
signed. No form will be accepted without proper payment. All
first time or new players need to bring a copy of his/her
birth certificate for proof of age.

Please be
prepared to list your child's uniform size on the
application.

Registration
forms will be available at the Complex.

like a current email address
for our records if possible.
